Community
By participating in the local community initiative, investment, and corporate governance, we are eager to feed back to the community of our location.
Acting as a role model, we dedicate ourselves to fulfil CSR goals. For a long time, education is an important item of the local community we’ve participated in and supported. We offer help to minorities with education schemes to empower the literacy in mathematics, reading, and writing. We also help teachers to develop their specialties and cultivate young talents. It is the key to the diverse feature of an EMS enterprise to improve the education environment.

Environment
From either the moral or business perspective, the environment is essential to the sustainable development of an enterprise.
The management of our own environmental footprint and promoting the enterprise’s operational efficiency are inseparable.For a long time, Century Ballast Electronic has been active in participating in the organizations and initiatives related to sustainable operation. We are not only proud of it, but we also endeavor to promote full-scale industry initiatives, with continuous concern of related public policies.
FEATURE 03
Climate risk
Century Ballast Electronic endeavors to fight against the threats of climate change. With 2020 as the reference point, we hope to reduce 15% of the carbon footprint of all the full-time employees in 5 years’ time. At the same time, we will employ all possible means to achieve the goal of net zero carbon emission, including minimizing the consumption of resource, and purchasing renewable energy or a Renewable Energy Certificate (REC), and carbon credits from certified carbon reduction schemes.
