Governance
“Governance” decides the business and ESG performance of an enterprise.
Our emphasis on corporate governance is reflected directly in the actual performance of various policies, including the establishment of precise ESG governance framework, with the ESG execution committee reporting and responsible to the president directly.
The executive committee shall conduct all the ESG governance works. The team includes senior administrators from various departments, supervised by the general manager.
The duties of the ESG committee include:

Monitoring the ESG activities and agendas of the enterprise

Monitoring and evaluating whether Century Ballast Electronic observes related rules and regulations or not

Boosting the enterprise’s resources to promote the integration of ESG factors

Suggesting ESG manufacturing strategies and directions of development

Monitoring external initiatives and the participation in organizations
